Born and bred in Taranaki, para equestrian rider Katrina McGregor is a proud Grade 5 Para Rider currently competing at Para Grand Prix level with her much-loved horses. She is based in New Zealand and is known for her dedication to the sport, her technical skill, and her deep commitment to keeping her horses happy and healthy.

Katrina’s journey as a para rider is one of resilience, adaptability, and huge heart. Competing at Para Grand Prix level requires extraordinary discipline; countless hours of training; and a strong support team, from coaches and physios, to farriers and sponsors. Through it all, Katrina brings a sense of joy and perspective that reminds us why sport and community matter.
