Unfortunately, due to the nature of scammers these days, we have opted to not have free trials. Free trials with our type of software leave us open to all types of exploitation. So, to protect the integrity of our system we do not offer free trials.

This is why we offer an extensive demonstration and onboarding support to ensure this is the right software for you.

We do offer a 30-day subscription fees back guarantee however. This means once you have gone through our onboarding and training, if you’re still not happy with the product, we will refund the subscription portion of your plan.

If you aren’t completely satisfied with Juicy in the first 30 days, we can have a chat and you can request a refund of your subscription fees.

Refunds do not apply to Onboarding or Additional Packages due to the nature of those services.

We have done everything possible to ensure JuicyCRM is GPDR compliant – however should you need further documentation to satisfy your internal audits and standards, please let me know.

Yes! The software itself can be used in any country, and is perfect for those of you who are digital nomads.

As part of our ongoing care to ensure our product is used for legitimate purposes, and that your privacy and rights are protected, as well as the privacy and rights for your customers, you will need to sign a service agreement before we start onboarding. Don’t worry, there’s nothing scary in there – mostly it sets out IP rights, Privacy rights, and what happens if there’s an issue with payments.

Sometimes businesses can go through a hard time, and cashflow becomes an issue.
Here is what we can do in that situation.

  1. You have 7 days to pay your invoice, before your subscription is paused
  2. Your account is paused for up to 90 days, and you will no longer have access. In this time you will need to pay for the subscription in full, including all invoices issued within the 90days, in order to regain access.
  3. If your account is not paid in full after 90 days your account will be deleted. Please note, in the event of this happening, we here at Juicy are not responsible for your data. We will not back up or export any information out of your subscription

Please note, if we pause your subscription, all forms, automations, workflows etc internally and externally will cease to work until the account is reinstated.

The Onboarding Package is designed to ensure you have all of the basic functions connected correctly and give you the opportunity to quickly learn your way around the software. This means you get through the basics first, and then onto the in-depth back end, allowing you to satisfy your tech craving!
