Getting Started with JuicyCRM

JuicyCRM is your Business Command Centre — an all-in-one platform that helps service-based businesses streamline operations, automate tasks, manage client relationships, and grow with confidence. I purchase the core software from a company in America, and add on my own templates, support and everything else you need to run your business. This is better than me doing it alone, as you have the assurance this is a robust piece of software, and you have me and my team at your fingertips to help with anything that’s tricky. JuicyCRM is customised and supported by real humans, right here in New Zealand.

Not at all. JuicyCRM is designed to be user-friendly, and we provide onboarding, resources, and local support to help you every step of the way.
Yes! The software itself can be used in any country, and is perfect for those of you who are digital nomads.
Pricing is currently based in NZD, however I can manually invoice you in AUD/USD and EUR. Please note that due to currency fluctuations the price will be recalculated at every invoice. To lock in the price, purchase an annual plan!
If you are based outside of New Zealand your GST will be “zero rated” which means, I do not need to charge you GST; so your plan price is what’s on the box!

Plans, Pricing & Subscriptions
What it costs, what’s included, and how it all works.
We offer simple, transparent pricing with monthly or annual plans.
As part of our ongoing care to ensure our product is used for legitimate purposes, and that your privacy and rights are protected, as well as the privacy and rights for your customers, you will need to sign a service agreement before we start onboarding. Don’t worry, there’s nothing scary in there – mostly it sets out IP rights, Privacy rights, and what happens if there’s an issue with payments.
Yes. All subscriptions include onboarding support via email or chat, along with access to onboarding sessions, video tutorials, and resources. Extra support packages are available if you need them.
Nope. Our pricing is upfront and transparent. The only extra fees might come from third-party tools you choose to connect (like email or SMS charges, which we’ll always explain).
Sometimes businesses can go through a hard time, and cashflow becomes an issue. Here is what we can do in that situation.
- You have 7 days to pay your invoice, before your subscription is paused
- Your account is paused for up to 90 days, and you will no longer have access. In this time you will need to pay for the subscription in full, including all invoices issued within the 90days, in order to regain access.
- If your account is not paid in full after 90 days your account will be deleted. Please note, in the event of this happening, we here at Juicy are not responsible for your data. We will not back up or export any information out of your subscription
Please note, if we pause your subscription, all forms, automations, workflows etc internally and externally will cease to work until the account is reinstated.

If you aren’t completely satisfied with Juicy in the first 30 days, we can have a chat and you can request a refund of your subscription fees.
Refunds do not apply to Onboarding or Additional Packages due to the nature of those services.

Yes! We provide personalised onboarding to help you set up your system the right way. You’ll also get access to video tutorials, templates, and real-person support when you need it.
Of course. Our Done-With-You onboarding is designed to guide you through setup without stress, and if you want full setup services, Zesty Virtual Assistants can help too.
We’re proudly New Zealand-based and here when you need us. No overseas call centres – just helpful, jargon-free support.
I hear you! I’m very techy too, however I can guarantee with how many pieces there are to this software is, you could easily become overwhelmed.
The Onboarding Package is designed to ensure you have all of the basic functions connected correctly and give you the opportunity to quickly learn your way around the software. This means you get through the basics first, and then onto the in-depth back end, allowing you to satisfy your tech craving!

Yes. You can purchase a new business phone number or bring your own, set up phone trees (IVRs), route calls to team members, record calls, and track call history – all from inside JuicyCRM.
JuicyCRM’s Missed Call Text Back feature automatically sends a text reply when you can’t answer, so your leads don’t go cold.
